At Marina Fresh Seafoods we have fully equipped processing facilities which are AQIS / D.P.I. approved ensuring that all our seafood is supplied fresh to you directly from the trawler.

From the very moment the boat hits shore the quality catch is sorted into species then graded accordingly. The most common prawn grades are U /10 10/20 21/30, then, under our strict weighing guidelines they are hygienically packed ready for shipping or made available through our retail outlet for all our local customers.

Strict adherence to the market requirements, which determine whether the seafood is cooked at sea or landed green, guarantee that the seafood is always fresh to all consumers.
